Privacy Policy
Effective August 14, 2026. This policy explains what EventStack collects and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, password hash, identity-provider identifiers, avatar, sessions, and device push tokens.
- Event data: organizations, series, seasons, rosters, team assignments, scores, standings, bets, and audit history.
- User content: photos, stories, and enshrined moments.
- Purchase data: product, amount, status, and provider transaction identifiers. EventStack does not store full card details.
- Diagnostics: redacted crash messages, stack traces, app version, platform, and account identifier when you are signed in.
- Safety data: limited request and rate-limit data. Rate limits store only shortened one-way network hashes.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, run events, publish requested public pages, send notifications, prevent abuse, process purchases, and provide support.
Public areas and providers
Public links can show player names, team names, scores, standings, photos, and stories. They never show emails, internal user identifiers, or access tokens.
Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple, Google, Expo, and our email provider process data only when their services support EventStack.
Retention and security
We keep account and event data while the account remains active. Legal transaction records can remain for a limited period.
EventStack removes client crash reports after 30 days. Account deletion unlinks any retained report from your account.
EventStack uses encrypted transport, scoped credentials, rate limits, server authorization, and score audit history.
Your choices
You can export your data from the app. You can also use the web account-deletion page.
Deletion cancels recurring renewals, removes owned records and media, invalidates sessions, and unlinks claims in other events.
Children
EventStack is not directed to children under 13. Do not add a child’s contact details to a roster.
